A closer look

Before you get started.

Which payment providers can I connect?

Stattr currently supports Stripe, Paddle and Lemon Squeezy. Setup instructions are available in your website's integration settings.

How soon does a payment appear?

Revenue is recorded after your connected payment provider reports it. Timing depends on the provider's delivery. Visitor timelines place the payment at its reported occurrence time.

What happens if a payment cannot be matched?

It remains in your revenue report as unattributed revenue. Passing the visitor token into checkout helps connect payments to their visits.

Are custom event values counted as revenue?

Revenue reports use payments confirmed by your connected provider. A value attached to a custom event is reported as event data.
