A few useful details

Know what you are getting.

A clear picture of your website, from arrival to action.

What can I see in realtime?

The realtime dashboard updates with recent visitors, pageviews and incoming activity. Individual profiles give you the recorded journey, including attributed payments once your connected provider reports them.

How do visits connect to revenue?

Connect Stripe, Paddle or Lemon Squeezy and link checkout to the visitor. You can also identify a signed-in customer with consent. Confirmed payments can then be attributed to their visit and traffic source.

Do I need to identify every visitor?

No. Profiles start anonymous. Identify someone only after obtaining consent. Anonymous identifiers rotate daily, while consented identification can link returning visits.

Can I track actions before a purchase?

Yes. Record custom events for sign-ups, trial starts, demo requests or checkout actions. See the totals in event reports and follow those actions within individual visitor journeys.
